Refund policy

Sometimes things happen out of our control. It's frustrating but it's not final! We will be happy to help make your experience better if your order has any defective issues or missing items.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for those reasons, please email SoulstarStylesLLC@gmail.com for next steps.

However, all sales are final due to the make to order process of our merchandise. Please reach out to us prior to making any purchases if you have any questions or concerns. 

Exchanges for different sizes will be eligible for items in the original, un-worn condition and made within 30 days of purchase. We will allow 1 courtesy exchange per order. Shipping and or processing fees may apply.

SoulstarStyles.com reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange for any reason.
