I love an item, but I don't see my favorite color combination. Can I request a color combination of my choice?

Yes and no. Most items are able to be customized per request, while others are limited in choices. Send your request, with full name of item and your desired color combination, in e-mail form to SoulstarStylesLLC@gmail.com. We will inform you if we are able to accommodate your request within 48 hours.

How do your clothes fit?

Product fit is listed within the description for all wearable items. Most items are classic or regular fit, but some items are slim or Euro fit which are more tailored to the body. 

What does it mean for an item to be unisex?

Many of the items we offer are created to fit men or women, or however you identify. Pay attention to product details if the item runs large or small to help deciding what size works best for you. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most credit cards in addition to PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. Logos of payment forms that we accept are shown on the bottom of the webpage.

What about shipping?

Shipping times may vary depending on the item(s). Most orders will ship out within 5-7 business days of the order, however it may take longer due to Covid-19 and peak times like holiday seasons. You'll receive a notification via e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

My order never arrived, what should I do?

If you see a "deliver exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don't stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 additional days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not arrived, contact your post office first. They should be able to trace your order or give more information. If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact us via e-mail at SoulstarStylesLLC@gmail.com and we will work hard to figure out what happened and correct the issue for you. 

I received a defective item, what happens next?

Don't fret! Send us an e-mail at SoulstarStylesLLC@gmail.com and attach photos of the defective item(s) to verify the error. We will send a replacement to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
