How to Enter
1. Follow SoulstarStyles on Instagram and/or Facebook.
2. Subscribe to Soulstar's Style Squad Loyalty Program on SoulstarStyles.com in 1 of 2 ways: Select the 'Rewards' widget at the bottom right of your web browser or mobile device and click 'Start earning' to create an account. You can also locate 'Account' on the top right of your web browser or by clicking the menu drop box on the top left of your mobile device. Choose the last option 'Account' and then click 'Create account' on the Login page. You will be required to provide your full name, email address and to create a password in order to create an account.
3. You will automatically be enrolled in the SoulstarStyles.com newsletter once you join the Loyalty Program. There is no further action needed from you, however you must still be subscribed at time of drawing in order to be eligible to win.
4. "Like" the Contest Post on Instagram or Facebook during the eligible dates.
5. Bonus Entry! You will receive 1 additional entry into the drawing if you, in addition to all of the above, 'Share' the contest post on your Instagram or Facebook page or story. You must tag SoulstarStyles in your post/story in order to be eligible for the additional entry. Following SoulstarStyles on multiple platforms, 'liking' multiple posts, creating multiple accounts or sharing posts multiple times will not increase your chances of winning. The maximum number of entries will be 2, considering all of the above requirements have been fulfilled - no exceptions.
Contest Entry Period
Soulstar's Drip Giveaway will officially begin on Friday, September 1, 2023, at the time of first official post and will run until 11:59pm (Est) Saturday, September 30, 2023. All of the aforementioned requirements can happen at any time within this time frame to be eligible to win.
Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years of age to participate. SoulstarStyles.com employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, immediate family members of any SoulstarStyles.com employees are ineligible to participate in this giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship
SoulstarStyles, LLC. 1401 W Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30327. SoulstarStyles, LLC (SoulstarStyles.com) will conduct the promotion as described in these Official Rules.
Agreement to Rules
By entering this contest, you agree to abide by SoulstarStyles.com Official Rules and decisions. SoulstarStyles.com reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at their sole discretion. All participants must also accept the decision of SoulstarStyles, LLC will be final and binding.
Odds
No purchase necessary to participate. Winners will be selected randomly by drawing of names. The odds of winning will be dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Contest Prizes
2 lucky winners will receive a FREE item of their choice from SoulstarStyles.com. The item must be valued at $60 or less at regular price. Gift cards are excluded. Please allow up to 21-30 days to receive your FREE item.
Selection and Notification of Winners
Winners will be selected randomly by a drawing of names. The winners will be announced via social media and email blast on Monday, October 2, 2023. Winners will have 24 hours to claim their prize. Winners will need to email SoulstarStylesLLC@gmail.com or send a direct message on Instagram or Facebook Messenger to claim prize. Winners will need to specify the item of their choice with exact name, color, and size. Winners will also need to provide their physical address to receive merchandise via mail or hand delivery if in or close proximity to Atlanta, GA. Winners must still be subscribed to the newsletter and Loyalty Program and following SoulstarStyles social media account at the time of drawing to be eligible to win. Failure to claim prize within 24 hours of announcement will forfeit the prize. SoulstarStyles.com is not liable for the winner's failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided an incorrect email address or if their email security settings caused your prize notifications to go into the spam or junk folder. An alternate winner(s) may be selected if prize is not claim within 24 hours or if any of the aforementioned requirements are not met at the time of drawing.
Agreement To Rules and Rights Granted to the Entrant
Winners must agree and will be expected to share their FREE item in a post of their own on social media tagging SoulstarStyles as a Winner of the Drip Giveaway within a week of receiving their item in the mail or by hand delivery. Winners must also agree to allow SoulstarStyles to use the participant's submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
Terms & Conditions
SoulstarStyles.com reserves the right the update, change, remove, and/or stop any or all parts of this contest at any time without any notice. SoulstarStyles.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or even terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud or other causes beyond control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the giveaway. SoulstarStyles.com also has the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of this promotion.
Limitation of Liability
Participant's entry into this giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless SoulstarStyles.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claim's liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
Disputes
Participants agree that participating in this promotion that involve disputes not resolved between the participant and SoulstarStyles.com shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in GA, without resorting to any form of class action. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
